COLLAPSED COIL REPAIR

Steecore Onsite Coil Repair provides onsite metal coil restoration services to repair crushed and collapsed metal coils. We can repair all types of metal coils and there is no restrictions on size, weight or ID. We are available 7 days per week and do our absolute best to meet any production/shipping date that is already set. We also have access to multiple facilities where damaged coils may be shipped if onsite service is not feasible. Coil Repair is an economical, safe solution to effectively restore potentially scrap coils into production ready inventory. This service allows customers to utilize inventory when required, maximize inventory space, and eliminate downtime. Upon scheduling one of our experienced service crews will arrive at your facility to complete the restoration. We require minimal work space and will work safely and effectively until the job is completed. Coils may be repaired in a horizontal or vertical position. The coil will be repaired to original dimensions so that it may be run at regular production speeds with very minimal loss. After the coil is expanded a set of steel inserts will be installed to ensure that the coil maintains its restored shape. Coils will be re-banded and re-packaged according to customer requirements.
